1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
– Prices displayed on the website/Facebook are final
– Custom orders require confirmation before production

2. PRICING & PAYMENT:
– Gold prices fluctuate with market rates
– 50% advance payment required for customized jewelry

3. DELIVERY:
– Dhaka: 24-48 hours
– Other districts: 3-5 business days
– OTP verification is mandatory for delivery

4. RETURN/EXCHANGE:
– Only defective items are eligible (must report within 24 hours)
– Customized pieces cannot be returned

5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
– Natural disasters/political unrest may cause delays
– Jewelry weight may vary up to 0.01 grams\

6. LEGAL GOVERNANCE:
– Governed by the laws of Bangladesh
– (Narayanganj courts will handle disputes

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION:
– Rights reserved to block accounts for fraudulent activity
